Help shape the future of diversity in emergency services volunteering

What’s this project about?
DFES is reviewing its current volunteer management practices and want to hear from you. In collaboration with the University of Western Australia, we’re creating new resources to help recruit and retain a more diverse group of volunteers—and your voice is key to making it happen!

Whether you’ve had successes in recruiting and managing volunteers or you’ve seen areas that need improvement, we value your experience and insights. We’re especially keen to hear from volunteers from different backgrounds, genders, ethnic groups, ages, and abilities, so we can better understand the unique challenges you might face.

For more information on how you can participate, head over to the Volunteer Hub at https://www.volunteerhub.dfes.wa.gov.au/home/news-circulars/news/news-details/2024/10/27/help-shape-the-future-of-diversity-in-emergency-services-volunteering#news-article
