Volunteers who are keen to attend the WAFES Conference in 2026 can nominate now to be considered for a place at the event.

The conference will be held at Crown Perth on Friday 4 September and Saturday 5 September 2026.

The event brings together volunteers as well as DFES staff from across WA to learn, network and share ideas.

The theme for this year’s WAFES Conference is Bright Futures, Stronger Services, celebrating the people who shape our sector today and those who will guide it tomorrow.

Nominations are open  and close on Friday 29 May.
